The Financial Department collects amounts due and reports to you in relation to rent, service charge and provides comparisons to budget with the aim of achieving the best value for money for you. We provide a totally flexible service, tailored to your needs and subject to an independent audit. Reporting can be supplied at a frequency to correspond with your current practices and in a format that facilitates incorporation into your existing reporting structure.
We provide you with expenditure reports indicating actual against budgeted costs of services. We assure you that we derive no other income from our management contracts other than our management fee.
